Renewable Design for Heavy Vertical Turning Center - Vertical Turning And Grinding CK5116D-M CK5120D-M – Aqua Detail:
This machine is a combined machine with turning and grinding job. It is a fixed beam single column CNC double tool holder vertical lathe, machine was composed of rotating table, variable speed mechanism, all-in-one stand column, beam, left and right tool holder, control system, independent hydraulic control system. Left tool holder is grinding head, right tool holder is CNC turning head. It is use for machining disc parts include cylinder parts of outside and inside cone for turning and grinding. Turning tool holder and grinding wheel rack set on two side of machine, during machining tool holder and grinding wheel rack along the respective guide rail transverse movement and vertical movement. Spindle drive with workpiece rotation to finish turning and grinding. This machine is applicable to textile machinery, butterfly valve, power generation, shipbuilding, metallurgy, mining and other industries of large parts of processing.
